She Really Picked My Nose!!!

Mia's finger was really up in my nose!!!
This evening was filled with tons of laughter.  Like the non-stop teary-eyed kind that makes your stomach hurt, and, in the words of Mia, "have to 'shee-shee.'"  We laughed hysterically at Joseph retelling the "Little Frog With the Big Mouth" Joke, Mia attempting to make my "Fat Kid Face," the contorted faces that Photo Booth produces, the ridiculously not funny story invented at dinner because Joseph asked me to tell him a story (apparently I'm not so good at pretend), and the "Wanna Hear Me Whistle" questions!

"Fat Kid Face"

All of that to say: I love the Axworthys.  I enjoy all of the meals together we have as a family.  All of Joseph's art he saves for me from school- my yarn scarf, pictures, coloring sheets.  All of Mia's candy that she didn't want from the Fall Festival.  I love talking with Jessica and Jonathan and seeing them love and serve God and each other.  I love Anne's energy at dinner time, her dance moves, and her singing.  I love Mia's prayers.  I love playing helicopter and jump rope outside.  I love Cacau, the family dog, who will eat ANYTHING!  Today, she even had blue, shiny, sparkly, speckled poop because she ate some Fall Festival candy, including the wrapper, and you know what they say, "What goes in, must come out."  I love how God provided the perfect fit for me and answers prayers!

Acts 17: 26 - "From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.  God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps find him, though he is not far from each one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being."
