On Saturday, March 24, I was able to go with a few of my co-workers to a "Cachoeira," or waterfall called Poço Azul, that was about 1 hour outside of Brasilia.
My boss jumping from the top!
After a 2 mile walk down a dirt road, we arrived at a small waterfall (SEE PIC ON THE LEFT). We were able to jump in to the water from the tall ledges on the right. It was really cool!
The Beautiful Dirt Road!
A little while later, after landing feet first, or bottom first - OUCH! I took a rest and started skipping rocks. I couldn't help but sing to Tim McGraw's, "Something Like That." Many of you know, I am not at all a "country girl," although I do love country music. So, you would be surprised to know that my kids have asked me, "Do you like being a Cowgirl?"

Then, my boss looks over at me and says. "Aren't you going to swim?" I quickly responded, "Naw, I wanna skip rocks." I look back at his question and think that it was my "way out."
Next thing I knew, I was aiming one way, and the rock didn't exactly go where I wanted it to! It made one smooth skip across the water, and then smack dab into the middle of my boss's forehead.
All I can say is, I was embarrassed.
Here's a video of some funny stuff at the waterfall and in Brasilia.
I think it's time for you to learn how to swim...
